Motivational Speaker to Present at the PTSC Meeting on Thursday March 25th
Please join us for our next PTSC meeting, and bring the kids! We are happy to announce that the very popular Stand Tall Steve, a motivational speaker, will come and talk to parents and students alike about how to stay positive when things get tough. Please see the attached flyer and plan to join us for some much-needed laughter and inspiration.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 25th at 7:00 in the Middle School Cafetorium. Also on the agenda will be a short budget overview by Dr. Sarruda, which is very important in light of the cuts being proposed on the State level. As always, the Middle and High School administrators will be on hand to tell you what's going on in your student's school.

We look forward to seeing you on March 25th!!

Clothing Drive
A lot of people took advantage of the PTSC clothing drive to clean out their closets! As a result, in addition to providing clothing, bedding, and other items to the needy, the PTSC made a profit based on the weight of the contributions. Thank you to everyone who participated!

Helping the Hungry:
The recent Middle School "Thanks for Giving" dance was a huge success! In addition to the students having a great time, we collected hundreds of cans of food and distributed them among several local food banks. The timing couldn't have been better, since the food banks were seeing reduced contributions at a time when there was an increased need.

Book Fair Rewards
The Middle School Book Fair was also a great success! As a result, the school earned over $2,000 that will be spent on books and other educational materials for the Middle School library and our reading and writing programs.
Clothing Drive
The Parent Teacher Student Connection (PTSC) is having a clothing drive from November 10th - 16th. We will accept clothing, shoes, blankets, bedding, and stuffed animals. Please bring your items in plastic bags and leave them outside the barn behind the middle school. Signs will be posted. This is a great opportunity to clean out your closets for a good cause. The items will go to people in need, and the proceeds will support the PTSC's college scholarship fund.
